


Navigating dating is hard, especially when you don't have the right tools or didn't grow up with solid representations of what love could be. Plus, modern day dating has shifted immensely! More young women than ever struggle with self-confidence, dating habits, and relationships- just like I used to. After countless dates and relationships & through my own life coaching journey, I learned how to break those unhealthy dating choices & put the focus back on myself.
